Owain Rhys Davies, ‘Twin Peaks’ Revival Actor, Dies at 44

The veteran stage and screen performer played Agent Wilson in David Lynch’s 2017 reboot and also appeared in Netflix’s ‘OA’ and the ‘Alice Through the Looking Glass’ movie.
